Parking lot

Public parking is available on site and costs 22 EUR per day. Reservation for a parking spot is mandatory as the spaces are limited and is only valid if confirmed by the staff. A guarantee for the parking card is required.

Baggage

Luggage lockers on the 6th floor and 7th floor in The Fuzzy Log area are coin operated, there is also a luggage storage room in the reception lobby.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served on the 7th floor of the hotel, Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., and Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Guests are also offered an early breakfast to go. If you would like to use this option, please inform the staff in the reception department about this (until 12:00 of the previous day). For children up to 3 years of age, breakfast is free of charge; for children aged 3 to 12, the breakfast costs 6,5 EUR. From the age of 12 onwards, the full breakfast price applies.

Smoking and theft

The hotel has only non-smoking rooms. Fine for smoking in the room is 200.00 EUR. Stealing things (e.g. hairdryers) from the property will be punished by a fine.

Safety

  • The hotel is guarded 24 hours a day. Video surveillance is carried out in the public areas of the hotel.
  • Police telephone number: 113.
  • All rooms have smoke detectors. In case of a fire, leave the room immediately and follow the emergency signs in the hallways. Do not use the elevator under any circumstances!
  • The national fire and rescue service can be called by phone: 112.
  • In case of need for medical assistance, contact the reception department or call emergency medical assistance: 112.

Electricity

The hostel has 220 V voltage.

Instructions for the use of electrical appliances

  • Do not use electrical appliances if they are damaged.
  • Do not allow moisture or water to come into contact with the electrical device.
  • It is forbidden to touch electric devices, sockets, and light bulbs that are connected to the electrical network with wet hands.
  • It is forbidden to leave devices connected to electricity unattended, especially irons, electric kettles, etc.
  • In case of an electrical installation fire, do not use water to extinguish the electrical installation or extinguish the damaged area with your hands. It is forbidden to pull out the plug from the outlet using the cord of the electrical appliance.
  • It is forbidden to wipe the dust from electrical equipment with a wet cloth.
  • If the plug or power cord is damaged, do not touch it.

Evacuation plan

Each room has an evacuation plan by the front door. The plan shows the location of the room in the hotel, as well as emergency exits and evacuation routes.

Hair dryer

Hair dryers are located in all bathrooms.

Check-in

Check-in to the hotel is scheduled from 15:00. In case of early check-in, please inform the reception staff.

Early check-in is only possible if rooms are available for an additional fee.

Check-out

You are able to check-out until 11:00 o’clock. If you wish to extend your departure time, please inform the hotel reception staff by 09:00 on the day of departure. In case of late departure, additional payment will be applied. Late check-out is possible, considering the occupancy of the hostel on the day of departure.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hostel.

Pets

Pets are welcome in the hotel for an additional fee. Additional fee of 18 EUR per day per pet.

Kids policy

Accommodation is free for up to 1 child under 12 years sharing their parent's room.

Things lost and forgotten

The hostel stores lost/forgotten items for 3 months.

The hostel does not store guests’ personal household and hygiene products, as well as food products! Lost/forgotten items are sent to you for an additional fee. The hostel is not responsible for guests’ personal belongings left unattended.

Rooftop bar

The hotel bar is located on the 7th floor of the hotel, open for hotel guests 24/7, for outside guests 7:00-23:00

Shared kitchen

On the 7th floor you can find shared kitchen with all with all the necessary items to prepare your own food. If food is left in the kitchen, it has to be labeled with room number and dates of stay. Otherwise, it will be thrown away.

Laundry

Self service laundry room can be found on the 7th floor and is available to all guests. Tokens can be bought at reception for 4 EUR each. Laundry detergent and fabric softener do not need to be added to the machine.

Ironing boards and irons are also available in the laundry room.

Gym

Gym is located on the 7th floor in The Fuzzy Log area and is open every day 6:00-22:00.

Mail

We can receive mail for but we do not send it out for guests. A post office is located nearby.
